poe wrote a story called 'the imp of the perverse' which describes a similar spiritual idea. a malevolent being or voice which tempts and taunts the person into doing something dreadfully wrong, and then further compels the person to turn him/herself in. self destruction personified.***in canada, karla homolka, one half of a notorious husband/wife sex-killer duo is in the news again. because of a slick plea bargain (inwhich she traded explicit details and evidence- effectively putting her sociopathic husband away forever plus a day- for a lighter sentence for herself back in the early 1990's) she is to be released in july.

bungees are fine for ballet...
BASE jumping separates the people with real thrill issues from those who just want to be seen that way.
They put that bridge there just so you could jump off of it, how nice.
I remember base jumping was outlawed in several national parks because the crowds were damaging the environment.
What do jumpers do when they wet their pants?.........marcythewhore
i don't know... i always landed in water so i couldn't tell!
(clearly it was wannabe BASE jumping... the bridge was only about 80 feet high- still enough to give you a real kick in those two or three seconds when you feel suspended between everything abstract and everything solid)
